Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. Provide an accurate email address, protect your password and do not share access. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of suspected misuse.

Free membership

Free membership may include favorites, a personal My Babydolls archive, member-designated albums and selected notifications. Free access does not guarantee that any particular work will remain available permanently.

Optional VIP subscription

VIP currently renews at $5.99 USD / month unless a different price is shown before purchase. USD is the primary price; Stripe may present supported local currencies. The exact total, currency and billing interval are shown in Checkout before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through Stripe’s billing portal from your Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Checkout or the portal states otherwise.

Digital delivery and refunds

Access is supplied digitally after account confirmation or successful payment; no physical goods are shipped. Because access may begin immediately, completed periods and consumed digital content are normally non-refundable.

Duplicate or incorrect charges, failure to deliver paid access and other billing errors are reviewed under our refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

The work and your license

Babydolls of Pain is an art, music, story and AI-assisted fictional universe containing mature, unsettling and provocative themes. Fictional presentation does not endorse real-world abuse or harm.

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view content available to your tier. Favorites record a preference; they do not transfer ownership. Unless separately licensed, you may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, sell, train models on, publicly exhibit or bypass access controls around the work.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, upload malicious material, evade payment or access restrictions, share private account access, infringe rights or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its work or other people.

Availability and third parties

We may evolve the catalogue, features, tiers and presentation, and may remove content or suspend the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We will use reasonable care and, where appropriate, communicate material paid-service changes.

Embedded players, payment pages and external links are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsibility and governing law

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. Disputes should first be sent to hello@babydollsofpain.com so we can try to resolve them; otherwise they may be brought before a competent Norwegian court or another forum required by consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be identified here and, when appropriate, communicated before they affect an active paid subscription.
