Your data is not the product.

What we collect

We may collect your display name, email address, encrypted or hashed authentication data, email-verification status, membership tier, notification choices and the Voices, releases, tracks, albums, stories or images you save.

For VIP, we store Stripe customer and subscription references, payment status and billing-period information. Stripe processes payment-card data; Babydolls of Pain does not receive or store your full card number.

Our systems may also record IP address, device and browser information, security events, request logs, essential cookies and messages you send to support.

Why we use it

We use data to create and secure accounts, confirm email addresses, provide member and VIP access, remember favorites and preferences, process subscriptions, send notifications you select, answer support requests, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the activity, processing is based on performing our agreement with you, your consent, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. You may withdraw optional email consent from your profile or an unsubscribe link.

Processors and international transfers

We share only what is necessary with service providers that help operate the site, including hosting, database, email-delivery, content-delivery and security providers, and Stripe for payments. Production infrastructure may process data in Malaysia, the European Economic Area, the United States and other service locations.

Where data crosses borders, we use contractual, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law. We may also disclose information when lawfully required or needed to protect users, rights or systems.

Cookies and security

The site uses essential cookies or similar storage for login sessions, security and language or service preferences. We do not currently use those essential technologies to sell or profile you for third-party advertising. If analytics or non-essential tracking is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

No system is perfectly secure. We limit access, use secure transport and payment providers, and retain only the data reasonably required for the purposes described here.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards where required for recovery, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance. Financial and transaction records may be retained for statutory accounting periods. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where practicable.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

Send requests to hello@babydollsofpain.com from the email attached to your account. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information that law requires us to keep.

Adults only, contact and policy changes

The service and memberships are intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly create member accounts for children.

We may update this policy when the service, providers or law changes. Material changes will be identified here and, when appropriate, communicated to members.
