Account and access

Use Member Login to enter your account, resend confirmation or request a password reset. For a lost account, changed email or access that did not activate, contact us from the address connected to your membership.

VIP billing and cancellation

VIP is an optional recurring subscription. The primary price is displayed in USD; Stripe may offer supported local currencies at checkout. Active members can open Stripe’s secure billing portal from their Profile to update payment details or cancel.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops renewal and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Digital delivery

Memberships, albums and other digital access are delivered online. Free member access begins after email confirmation. VIP access begins after Stripe confirms payment. Nothing is physically shipped and there are no physical returns.

If paid access is not delivered, send the account email, payment date and Stripe receipt reference to hello@babydollsofpain.com. Never email full card details.

Refunds and incorrect charges

Digital access is generally non-refundable after it has been supplied or used. We review requests made within seven days for duplicate or incorrect charges, technical failure to provide purchased access, or another demonstrable billing error.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact hello@babydollsofpain.com before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly.

Safety, copyright and reports

Report unauthorized material, suspected account misuse, copyright concerns or security issues to hello@babydollsofpain.com with the relevant URL and enough detail for us to identify the content. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.
